A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time of booking. Deposits are required to secure your reservation. All cancellations must be made within 72 hours of dogs stay in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Reservations for major holidays require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Major Holidays 2022 Presidents Day/ Winter Break: February 10th – 25th Spring Break: April 4th - 24th Memorial Day Weekend: May 27th – 31st 4th of July: July 1st - July 10th Labor Day Weekend: September 2nd - 6th Thanksgiving Break: November 21st - 30th Winter Break: December 19th - January 3rd
